Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Primelex Solicitors & Advocates through the Razorpay payment gateway. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

1. Overview

Primelex Solicitors & Advocates ("Primelex") operates as a legal facilitation and case management platform for business debt recovery. All payments made to Primelex are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

This policy sets out the terms under which refunds may be considered, the process for raising a refund request, and the timelines for resolution.

2. Case Registration Fee — Non-Refundable

Important: The Case Registration Fee of 2% of the outstanding debt amount is non-refundable once the case has been accepted and case processing has commenced.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
